Keats-Shelley Prizes 2022 - Shortlists
The Keats-Shelley Memorial Association is pleased to announce the shortlists for 2022’s Keats-Shelley Poetry and Essay Prizes. There are two competitions: the Keats-Shelley Prize, which is open to everyone, and the Young Romantics, which is aimed at writers aged between 16-18.

The winners and runners-up will be announced by the poet and biographer Fiona Sampson later in September via our website, social media and YouTube channel. Further details will follow soon.

The Shortlists were chosen by our two Judging Panels. The finalists were chosen by our brilliant panel of Judges: Professor Deryn Rees-Jones and Will Kemp for the Poetry Prize; Professor Sharon Ruston and Professor Simon Bainbridge for the Essay Prize. Enormous thanks to both for all their hard work and expertise.
